By booking travel packages, airline tickets, express buses, visa services, or using our website (https://www.khk.company) and Facebook Page channels, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of Khin Htut Khaung Tour & Travel.

1. Booking Reservations & Payment Terms

• All bookings are confirmed upon issuance of an official booking voucher or invoice by Khin Htut Khaung Tour & Travel.
• Accepted currencies include Myanmar Kyat (MMK), US Dollars (USD), Thai Baht (THB), and Indian Rupees (INR) depending on the itinerary.
• Full or deposit payment must be received according to the specific tour package schedule to secure airline seats, hotel rooms, and transport.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies

• Cancellations requested 30 days prior to departure may be eligible for a refund minus non-refundable airline and visa application fees.
• Pilgrimage and group travel packages are subject to carrier and hotel policies. Our operations team works with travelers to reschedule where permissible.
• In the event of unforeseen natural events or regulatory changes, we will offer suitable alternative dates or credit vouchers.
